CR Custom Embroidery provides customized apparel, embroidery, printing, personalized merchandise, and related products and services.

Product availability, colors, materials, sizing, dimensions, decoration options, and specifications may vary or change.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately.

Many CR products are customized specifically for each customer.

Customization may include:

• Artwork
• Logos
• Text
• Product selection
• Product colors
• Garment sizes
• Decoration placement
• Embroidery or printing
• Quantities

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their selections before submitting or approving an order.

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, names, designs, or other content, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary permission or legal authority to use and reproduce it for your requested order.

Digital previews, mockups, and customization tools are intended to help customers visualize their customized products.

Digital previews are not guaranteed to be exact representations of final physical products.

Reasonable differences may occur due to:

• Screen colors and display settings
• Fabric
• Thread
• Printing methods
• Product materials
• Artwork placement
• Artwork scale
• Product dimensions
• Manufacturing variations

Reasonable differences of this nature are not necessarily defects.

Before submitting or approving an order, customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Product
• Size
• Color
• Quantity
• Artwork
• Logo
• Spelling
• Design
• Placement
• Shipping information
• Pickup selection

If you discover an error after submitting an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has begun.

Website prices are subject to change.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious technical, typographical, or pricing errors.

Quantity discounts or other pricing adjustments may be applied according to the pricing displayed by the website.

Large, specialized, or unusual orders may require a custom quote.

Submitting a quote request does not automatically create an accepted order or guarantee pricing, availability, or production.

Orders requiring payment are not considered fully paid until payment has been successfully processed.

If payment is declined, canceled, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, CR Custom Embroidery may delay or cancel fulfillment until the payment issue is resolved.

Customized merchandise requires production time.

Production or completion estimates may be communicated during ordering or directly by CR Custom Embroidery.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, production and completion dates are estimates.

Refunds, cancellations, and order changes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because customized products may be produced specifically for an individual customer, different rules apply after production begins.

Shipping and pickup are governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy.

CR Custom Embroidery's original website design, branding, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Customer-submitted artwork remains subject to the customer's or applicable rights holder's ownership.

Submitting artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to CR Custom Embroidery.

You may not use the website to:

• Commit fraud or unlawful activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Upload malicious files or software
• Submit content you do not have the right to use
• Violate intellectual-property or other applicable rights

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions, errors, maintenance periods, or unavailable features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CR Custom Embroidery will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
