Artwork & Licensing Disclaimer

By submitting or uploading artwork or other content to CR Custom Embroidery, you represent that:

• You own the submitted content; or
• You have permission, a license, authorization, or another legal right to use and reproduce the content for the products you are requesting.

You agree not to knowingly submit artwork or content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Company logos, sports logos, organization logos, brand names, characters, artwork, photographs, and other protected materials may belong to third parties.

The ability to upload an image through our website does not mean that CR Custom Embroidery has determined that the image is legally available for reproduction.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary authorization before requesting reproduction of protected content.

CR Custom Embroidery reserves the right to refuse, pause, or cancel production involving content that we reasonably believe:

• May infringe intellectual-property rights
• May be unlawful
• May violate another person's rights
• Cannot reasonably be verified for authorized use
• Is otherwise inappropriate for CR Custom Embroidery to reproduce

If we have questions about authorization, we may request additional information before proceeding with production.

Customers are responsible for the artwork and content they provide and for obtaining the rights necessary to reproduce that content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CR Custom Embroidery is not responsible for intellectual-property claims resulting from customer-submitted content when the customer did not have the necessary right or authorization to reproduce it.

Nothing in this disclaimer removes responsibility that CR Custom Embroidery may have under applicable law.

Submitting artwork to CR Custom Embroidery does not transfer ownership of the artwork to CR Custom Embroidery.

Ownership remains with the customer or applicable rights holder.

Submission gives CR Custom Embroidery permission to use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to:

• Prepare the requested customization
• Create digital previews or production files
• Produce the customer's order
• Provide customer service
• Maintain appropriate order records

Artwork and other files submitted through the website may be stored as necessary to process and fulfill the customer's order and maintain related business records.

Customers should not upload confidential or sensitive information that is unnecessary for production.

Customers are responsible for providing artwork of sufficient quality for their requested customization.

Low-resolution, blurry, incomplete, incorrectly formatted, or otherwise unsuitable artwork may affect the final result.

CR Custom Embroidery may contact the customer when artwork requires clarification or modification before production.

Digital previews and mockups are visual representations and may not perfectly represent the final physical product.

Reasonable differences may occur because of:

• Screen display
• Product material
• Thread
• Printing process
• Embroidery
• Artwork placement
• Artwork scale
• Product shape and dimensions

If you are unsure whether you have permission to reproduce artwork or a logo, you should obtain permission from the applicable rights holder before submitting it.
